During my keto diet, I wasn’t getting enough sodium and magnesium according to my doctor who is actually a supporter of the ketogenic diet (which is rare). He told me to start drinking chicken broth so I did that but I wasn’t consistent with it. I live alone so cooking for myself is always a hassle. Started taking KetoShred to get my daily dose of electrolytes and levels went back to normal within like 2 weeks I think.*
